1. Returns

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.3 Some items are non-returnable, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Customized or personalized products
• Health and personal care items
• Digital downloads

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@levuri.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address.
2.3 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
3.3 Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@levuri.shop.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
